NFL, NFLPA have agreed on terms of rookie salary pool

The NFL and the NFL Players Association have come to a basic agreement on the terms of the rookie salary pool, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.

The agreement clears the way for the Indianapolis Colts to negotiate a deal with Andrew Luck.
