Cool. That means we’re live. So, hello. Welcome to The Rap Sheet, my new blog over here at NFL.com. Sure, you might recognize it from other places like here and here. And that’s kind of an indication for what it’ll be like. But not exactly.

Here at my new place, we’ll spend less time with rapid-fire news and nonstop flow of information. I mean, there will be some of that (who doesn’t love breaking news), but we already have that covered at NFL.com.

What you’ll read here on a daily basis is, well, everything. And anything. And a bunch of random stuff.

I’ll write about the things I find interesting, break down situations and realities across the league, and offer thoughts or analysis whenever it kinda rolls around in my head. You may also find some random links to my TV hits and when I write actual stories. Oh, and some restaurant reviews… if you’re a foodie.

I’m based in Dallas for NFL Network, so there will be more than a little Cowboys stuff. And I’ll probably be visiting Houston and New Orleans plenty, along with some other spots. So you’ll get a steady diet of that stuff, too. Yeah, that’s what we got going.
