Kuhn gives draft international flavor

North Carolina State defensive end Markus Kuhn hopes to follow in the footsteps of fellow German, New England Patriots lineman Sebastian Vollmer, to become only the third European-trained player drafted by an NFL team.

Like his European-trained predecessors, Kuhn was introduced to the game by a club team playing in Germany.

Other 2012 NFL Draft prospects born outside the United States are Penn State defensive end Jack Crawford, Baylor offensive lineman Philip Blake and Boise State defensive end Tyrone Crawford.
