Jacobs’ deal with 49ers worth max of $1.575M

Brandon Jacobs’ one-year deal with the San Francisco 49ers will include a $950,000 base salary with $150,000 guaranteed in the form of a signing bonus and a possible $475,000 roster bonus, according to a league source. Jacobs’ contract is worth a maximum of $1.575 million, the source said.

Jacobs carried 152 times for 571 yards with seven rushing touchdowns for the New York Giants last year.
