Vikings to sign free-agent CB Carr

Free-agent CB Chris Carr will sign a one-year contract with the Vikings, a league source said Wednesday.
The seven-year veteran spent the past three seasons with the Ravens. He started all 16 games in 2010, but started just one and played in just seven in 2011. Carr has 209 career tackles and six interceptions.
Carr was with the Titans in 2008 and the Raiders from 2005 to 2007.
In addition to visiting with the Vikings, Carr also visited the Chiefs.
