Spencer agrees to terms with Raiders

Former 49ers CB Shawntae Spencer has agreed to terms on a contract with the Raiders, according to a league source.

Spencer started for the 49ers in 2009 and 2010 but played in just nine games last season. He has 11 career interceptions in eight seasons.

The team later announced that Spencer had signed, via a release on its official website. The Raiders also reveled that they have re-signed OL Cooper Carlisle.
