Smith scheduled for Seahawks visit after Dolphins

Alex Smith‘s free-agency tour will extend beyond Miami.

Smith is visiting the Dolphins on Sunday, but the QB also has a visit scheduled with the Seahawks, according to league sources. Smith has spent seven seasons with the 49ers, the Seahawks’ NFC West rivals.

Former Packers backup QB Matt Flynn previously met with the Seahawks and Dolphins, so Smith now will do the same, albeit in a different order.

Smith’s trip to Seattle probably would happen Tuesday, though things can change depending on his Miami visit and Flynn’s status.
