Manningham strikes two-year deal to join 49ers

Mario Manningham has agreed to terms on a two-year contract with the 49ers, according to a league source.

Manningham visited the Rams on Saturday and was also drawing interest from the Dolphins, a league source said.

The 49ers had been interested in Brandon Lloyd, but the wide receiver agreed to terms on a three-year, $12 million contract with the Patriots on Saturday.

A third-round draft pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, Manningham had 160 catches for 2,315 yards and 18 touchdowns in four years for the Giants.
