The Texans are holding on to center Chris Myers, with the sides agreeing to a four-year deal worth $25 million ($14 million guaranteed), according to a league source.
Myers is a leader on the Texans’ offensive line and is coming off a season in which he received his first Pro Bowl berth.
The Texans acquired Myers, 30, in a trade with the Broncos in 2008. He has been the team’s starting center ever since, not missing a game in that time.
