Free-agent DE John Abraham has agreed to terms on three-year deal to stay with the Falcons, a league source said Friday.
Abraham was getting interest from the Broncos and Titans, two teams that are also involved in the chase for QB Peyton Manning. But the free-agency process was dragging on, and given Abraham’s age (he will be 34 when next season starts), he opted to return to Atlanta, a team badly in need of a pass rusher.
Abraham has been with the Falcons for the past six seasons.
