Titans, Hutchinson agree to three-year deal

The Titans and free-agent guard Steve Hutchinson agreed to a three-year deal Thursday, according to a league source.
The Titans later confirmed the multi-year contract.
The 11-year veteran has spent the past six seasons with the Vikings. The seven-time Pro Bowler will turn 35 next season.
Hutchinson is a close friend of QB Peyton Manning, who the Titans have been courting heavily this week. While it’s possible the move was purely coincidence, it is more likely that it was designed to help lure Manning into choosing Tennessee as his next home.
Hutchinson spent the first five seasons of his career with the Seahawks, starting 16 games as a rookie in 2001.
