Patriots agree to three-year deal with safety Gregory

The Patriots and safety Steve Gregory have agreed to terms on a contract, according to league sources.
League sources said the deal is for three years and worth about $2.5 million per year. He will make $3 million in the first year.
Gregory entered the league with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2006 and played six seasons there.
He’s started 31 games over the last four seasons, including 13 last tear. He’s totaled 241 tackles and four interceptions in six seasons with San Diego.
