Browns, DE Parker agree to one-year, $3M deal

The Browns and DE Juqua Parker have agreed to terms on a  one-year deal worth $3 million, according to a league source.

The 33-year-old Parker has 36.5 sacks over 11 seasons with the Titans and, most recently, the Eagles.
