Denver and Tennessee have interest in DE John Abraham, according to league sources.
The timing of QB Peyton Manning‘s decision has led to a lag in the market for Abraham. The Broncos and Titans are awaiting word from Manning before they can determine how much cap-space they’ll have and what their budgets will look like. Abraham would have visited the Titans already had they not jumped into the Manning sweepstakes late, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.
Also, the time it took free-agent Mario Williams to decide to play for the Bills delayed Abraham’s timetable to some degree.
Abraham, a 12-year veteran, has been with the Falcons for the past six seasons. He was with the Jets for six seasons before that.
