Chargers, Gaither agree to terms

The Chargers agreed to terms with OT Jared Gaither on Wednesday to stay in San Diego, according to a league source.

The Chargers later announced that Gaither had agreed to a four-year deal.

Gaither was claimed on waivers by the Chargers last season from the Chiefs and wound up starting the final five games of the season. Gaither, still just 25, has started 33 of his 48 career games.
