Ravens tender offers to Webb, Williams

The Baltimore Ravens tendered offers to restricted free-agent cornerbacks Lardarius Webb and Cary Williams on Monday, a league source said.

Webb was tendered at the first-round level and Williams was given a second-round tender.

Webb, 26, started 15 of his 16 games last season. Williams, 27, started all 16 games in 2011.
