Auburn pro day devoid of usual early-round talent

Auburn’s pro day on Tuesday had a drastically different feel from a year ago, when eventual top overall draft pick Cam Newton drew multiple representatives from all 32 teams.
This year, 10 prospects worked out indoors on field turf for representatives from 12 teams. None of the players who worked out are projected as early-round picks.
Joshua Harris, LS (6-foot-0 7/8, 249 pounds) – Was at the combine. He ran 4.81 and 4.83 seconds in the 40-yard dash, had a 31-inch vertical, 9-foot-11 broad jump, 4.24-second short shuttle and 7.19 three-cone drill.
Neiko Thorpe, DB ( 6-1 1/4, 198) – Ran 4.42 and 4.44 in the 40, had a 38-inch vertical, 11-5 broad jump, 4.28 short shuttle and 7.19 three-cone drill. Did four reps on the bench press at 225 pounds. The NFL is always looking for safeties, and he fits the mold in terms of his athleticism. He’ll likely be a late-round pick.
Brandon Mosley, OT — He only did position drills, administered by scouts, as there were no offensive line coaches involved. Mosley has lots of upside and his athleticism showed during drills, but he needs to get stronger. Could go in the middle rounds.
