Finley’s deal with Packers valued at $15 million

The Packers signed TE Jermichael Finley to a two-year contract last week, and I now have the contract details.

Finley’s contract is worth $7 million per year, along with a $1 million signing bonus, according to a league source.

He will make a $950,000 base salary in 2012 with a $3.5 million roster bonus, along with a $300,000 workout bonus. In 2013, Finley’s base is $4.45 million with a $3.5 million roster bonus and a $300,000 workout bonus.

Finley and the Packers avoided the franchise tag and his 2012 cap number of $5.25M is close to the projected tight end franchise number.
