Bucs denied permission to interview Giants’ Gilbride

INDIANAPOLIS — The Buccaneers have been denied permission to speak to yet another coaching candidate, according to league source.

The Giants denied permission for offensive quality control coach Kevin Gilbride, Jr. to interview with the Buccaneers.

New Bucs coach Greg Schiano has had a difficult time putting his first coaching staff together, as he was blocked from interviewing 49ers secondary coach Ed Donatell, Packers quarterbacks coach Ben McAdoo and Cardinals quarterbacks coach John McNulty.
