My weekend in Indy was pretty good. I took time out of my offseason to work with NFL Play 60 and give back to the kids.
I made a few connections, hung out with some friends. I enjoyed it.
I left Indianapolis on Sunday morning because I wanted to watch the game at home with my family, and I didn’t want to get stuck in the crazy Monday travel out of Indy.
I’ll be watching the game on my plasma screen at a party with 70 people — 60 girls and 10 guys. For me a good Super Bowl party is all about the food — wings, pizza, all of the good stuff – and the commercials. I love the commercials.
I do have a prediction for the game. I got the Patriots by seven. I think both quarterbacks will play well, but I just don’t see Tom Brady losing to Eli Manning again.
Whichever team stops the run will do well, and I think Pats DT Vince Wilfork will have a big game. I see the Giants using double-coverage on Rob Gronkowski, and Wes Welker will have a big game.
My MVP? Brady. If the Giants win, then I gotta go with Manning.
