Three and out: Vick sore, not yet ruled out for Sunday

Vick misses practice: Michael Vick (ribs) sat out Wednesday’s workout, but Eagles coach Andy Reid won’t preclude the quarterback from playing Sunday against the Giants. Nonetheless, Vince Young reportedly saw the bulk of the action at practice. Whether that means Young is ahead of Mike Kafka in the QB rotation remains to be seen. Neither is a great start against a New York defense that held Vick to just 12.14 points in Week 3 and has shown improvement since then. Whoever starts under center for Philadelphia could have his job complicated by the potential absence of WR Jeremy Maclin, who’s battling a shoulder injury.

Green a game-time decision: Bengals rookie WR A.J. Green (knee) says he’ll be a game-time decision Sunday against the Ravens. Green has been the league’s best rookie receiver and Cincinnati’s best play-maker. If he plays, he’s a cautious start against a Baltimore defense that sits in the top half of the NFL when it comes to stopping opposing fantasy receivers. If he doesn’t play, either Jerome Simpson or Andre Caldwell will fill his role, but don’t expect much from either.

Bradshaw making progress: Giants RB Ahmad Bradshaw (foot) appears to be recovering, but he doesn’t look a lot closer to returning. Up next for Big Blue are the Eagles, who have been a boon for fantasy running backs all season. That would seem to bode well for Brandon Jacobs, but last week against San Francisco, he ceded several second-half carries to Danny Ware. If Bradshaw sits out again, Jacobs is the Giants back to target. But if you’re hurting to fill the spot, Ware is worth a look in deeper leagues as a flex play.
