Denver RB Willis McGahee (hamstring) might be a victim of a short week after he was listed as questionable for Thursday’s game against the New York Jets. Gang Green hasn’t been very good against the run most of this season but has improved over the past few weeks. Based on the run-pass ratio against the Chiefs, the Broncos are all but abandoning the passing game in an effort to help QB Tim Tebow succeed.
In short, it means plenty of rushing attempts for anyone who lines up behind Tebow. But it’s equally likely the Jets will stack the box and force Tebow to throw. If McGahee can play, consider him a No. 3 RB or a flex at best. If it’s Lance Ball, he can be flexed in deep leagues, but is a risky play beyond that.
