Being mistaken for a statue is something an NFL safety typically hopes to avoid, but in the case of Troy Polamalu, the resemblance was intentional.

The Steelers All-Pro was at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Hollywood recently, where he proceeded to terrify innocent tourists by posing as a wax figure.

The gag was part of a commercial shoot for Polamalu with Head & Shoulders, which is reaching levels of market saturation not seen since Peyton Manning‘s infernal bond with MasterCard. (“Cut that meat! Cut that meat!”)

We’re glad we weren’t at Tussauds that day, because we’d probably scream like a schoolgirl, then die. This is an admission of cowardice.
