What was suspected on Sunday is official on Monday — Kenny Britt will go in injured reserve with torn knee ligaments. In his place, the Titans will likely lean on veteran Nate Washington as their primary receiver. Don’t expect Washington to post the same type of production as Britt.

The injury makes Matt Hasselbeck more likely to spread the wealth around the Tennessee offense, meaning Lavelle Hawkins and Damian Williams will see more balls thrown in their direction. It also provides a ray of hope for Chris Johnson, who should see an increase in carries to try and move the offense along.
