Lions will have Megatron against Chiefs

Calvin Johnson will play for the Lions on Sunday against the Chiefs, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.

Johnson was listed as questionable with an ankle injury and he missed time in practice.

The Detroit Free Press reported the star wideout was on the field for pregame warmups, running two laps around the field.

Johnson sprained his ankle during the Lions’ 27-20 Week 1 victory over the Buccaneers.
