Good news for fantasy owners on Arian Foster Watch — the Texans running back is a step closer to making his 2011 debut. After sitting out the season opener with a hamstring issue, Foster will likely be raring to go against the Dolphins in Week 2. While Foster’s potential return will have an effect on Ben Tate, it’s likely to hurt Derrick Ward’s value even more. Last week, word of Foster’s inactive status didn’t come down until late so there’s still a chance that this is false hope. But for now, it appears safe for owners to have the former Tennessee Volunteer in their lineup.
