Romo confident he’ll bounce back; Evans a believer

It has been a tough week for Tony Romo, but you have to give the Cowboys QB some credit because he’s saying all the right things.

First, Romo took full responsibility in the immediate postgame aftermath of the season-opening meltdown to the Jets. On Wednesday, he continued saying all the right things in anticipation of Sunday’s game at San Francisco.

“This story hasn’t been written yet. …” Romo told reporters. “It’ll be written at some point, and I’d like to think it’s going to end in a positive way.”

One person who believes in Romo is NFL Network’s Heath Evans, who said on “Around the League” that he saw an “inspired” Cowboys team in Week 1.

Evans still expects big things from the Cowboys. Do you?
