Chargers’ Floyd out with concussion

The Chargers announced that WR Malcom Floyd won’t return to Sunday night’s preseason game against the Cowboys due to a concussion.

Cards will sign Fitzgerald to eight-year deal

Amid reports throughout the week the Arizona Cardinals were close to reaching a long-term contract extension with Larry Fitzgerald, the team announced it will hold a press conference featuring their star receiver and president Michael Bidwell Saturday night.

Chiefs rookie Baldwin injured in fight with teammate

The Chiefs’ first-round draft pick, WR Jonathan Baldwin, injured his hand/wrist in a fight with a teammate this week and is unlikely to play in Friday night’s preseason game against the Ravens, according to sources with knowledge of the situation.
