Countdown to Kickoff: 400-yard passing games

With 11 days until the 2011 NFL season kicks off, we will take a closer look at the 11 400-yard passing games from the 2010 season.

Only one player — the Chargers’ Philip Rivers — hit the plateau more than once. Rivers’ monster games came just two weeks apart early in the season, against the Seahawks and Raiders.

This year, Rivers and the Bolts face the Vikings in Week 1 and, as fate would have it, another 400-yard passer — the recently acquired Donovan McNabb, who surpassed the mark for the Redskins.
