Broncos fans representing in Canton

CORRECTION: John Elway is here at Fawcett Stadium. Just spotted him up on stage…Tim Tebow is still in Denver, though.

CANTON, Ohio — In what would normally be a scene dominated by Rams and Bears fans (both teams have inductees in Marshall Faulk and Richard Dent and were scheduled to play here Sunday night before the Hall of Fame Game was canceled), the most represented fan base appears to be Denver’s.

The Orange Crush is out in full force in support of inductee Shannon Sharpe. The real John Elway may be back in Denver, but there are plenty of impostors walking about, as well as those here in support of Tim Tebow. I’ve yet to see a Kyle Orton jersey, by the way.

The next largest contingent appears to be from St. Louis. A lot of Faulk jerseys walking about here.

After that, believe it or not, it might be Cowboys jerseys with “Sanders” written on the back. Go figure, since the picture of Sanders hanging on the side of the stadium is from his days as a member of the Falcons.
