Guaranteed years is holding up unsigned draft picks

The length of rookie contracts, and whether to guarantee three or four years, is holding up the remainder of the unsigned first-round picks, according to league sources.

All picks in the first round, save for Nos. 17-19, are signed. To this point picks 1-16 and 20 received four years guaranteed and picks 21-32 have received three-years guaranteed.
