The Baltimore Ravens are currently undergoing a youth movement, so it’s only fitting that coach John Harbaugh has tried to get through to his children, er, players by rewarding them with ice cream after practice. Too bad for Ray Lewis, who was unable to participate because the coach had placed him on timeout.

You don’t see it in the video, but Harbaugh promised his team that if they win their first preseason game at Philadelphia next week, they get to stop at Matthew’s Pizza on the way home. Good luck, Ravens!
