Veteran WR Santana Moss has agreed to terms on a three-year, $15 million deal with the Redskins with a $5 million signing bonus and $6 million total in guarantees.

The Seahawks are out of the Kevin Kolb sweepstakes, according to a source. They had reservations about how steep the price would be in trade compensation paid to the Eagles and financial compensation paid to the QB.

As I reported earlier today, QB Matt Hasselbeck isn’t in the Seahawks’ plans, but the Titans have definite interest. A league source said the 49ers and Vikings also are interested in his services.

The Vikings are looking at four to five veteran QBs, a source with knowledge of the situation said Tuesday, and as I’ve been reporting since before the lockout, Donovan McNabb is a top option.
