Barnett visits Bills after Lions instead add Tulloch

Nick Barnett flew to Detroit on Saturday and was scheduled to visit the Lions on Sunday, according to a league source, but the team added ex-Titans LB Stephen Tulloch. So Barnett went to Buffalo to see the Bills, who need a linebacker after Paul Posluszny left to join the Jaguars.

According to The Associated Press, Barnett watched from the Bills’ training-camp practice from the sideline and talked to linebackers coach Dave Wannstedt.

Barnett was released by the Packers last week after eight seasons. He has struggled with injuries the last three years.
