Ravens close to re-signing Carr

Free-agent CB Chris Carr is close to re-signing with the Ravens, according to a league source.

Carr started all 16 games last season, his second in Baltimore. With Josh Wilson agreeing to terms with the Redskins, Carr becomes a priority for the Ravens, who also used a first-round pick on Jimmy Smith in the draft.
