Rams add WR Sims-Walker, will cut OL Bell

Former Jaguars WR Mike Sims-Walker agreed to a one-year, $3.7 million deal with the Rams, according to a league source, giving QB Sam Bradford a big target in the passing game. The 6-foot-2 Sims-Walker caught seven touchdown passes in each of the past two seasons, but he also has struggled with injuries.

Bradford will lose one of his offensive linemen Saturday, when the Rams release guard Jacob Bell, who turned down an offer to restructure his $6 million base salary for this year. Bell, an eighth-year veteran, started all 16 games for St. Louis last season.
