Colts close to bringing back Addai

The Colts are finalizing a deal to retain free-agent RB Joseph Addai, according to a league source.

Addai has been a key component of the Colts’ rushing game during his five seasons since they made him a first-round pick in the 2006 NFL Draft. He was limited to eight games last season because of a nerve injury in his shoulder, finishing with 495 rushing yards and four touchdowns.
