Babin agrees to terms to join Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to terms on an undisclosed contract with free-agent DE Jason Babin, according to NFL Network’s Michael Lombardi.

NFL Network reporter Albert Breer reports Babin’s deal is for five years.

Babin, 31, recorded 12.5 sacks and earned a Pro Bowl spot in his first season in Tennessee in 2010. He will be returning to Philadelphia, where he played in 12 games in 2009 before being released, and will be reunited with Eagles defensive line coach Jim Washburn, who was his position coach with the Titans.
