Seahawks, Vikings battling over Rice

The Seahawks and Vikings are deep into bidding for WR Sidney Rice, league sources said Tuesday.

I have reported the Vikings’ desire to retain Rice for quite some time, as well as the Seahawks’ desire to sign him to place with QB Tarvaris Jackson and offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell, both of whom know the receiver from their time together in Minnesota. So, it looks like it will come down to these two teams.
