Burress making the rounds at NFL Network

Plaxico Burress sat down with Fran Charles for an interview that will air Thursday night on “NFL Total Access” to talk about his time in prison and the long road back to the NFL.

Said Burress: “When they close that door behind you, you say to yourself, ‘Is this really serious?’ I actually said to myself a couple times when I first went in, ‘You know what, somebody’s going to come and get me tomorrow.’ Everything just happened so fast.”

Check back later with NFL.com and tune into “NFL Total Access” at 7 p.m. ET and to hear more from Burress, including his thoughts on a handful of potential landing spots for his long-awaited comeback.
