It’s one of the better debates around the NFL, and, luckily, Rich Eisen wouldn’t let Marshall Faulk ride the fence on this one: Who is better, Adrian Peterson or Chris Johnson?
The conversation, of course, relates to which back will ultimately be ranked higher on NFL Network’s “The Top 100 Players of 2011.” If Faulk got a vote, it would go to Peterson.
“The totality of your career should count, and I believe that A.P., in all that he has done since he’s been in the NFL — although he took a backseat to the passing game and Brett Favre in Minnesota to try and win a Super Bowl — I believe A.P. is the better back,” Faulk said.
The players have voted, and Faulk has voted, so now let’s turn it over to you: Who gets your vote as the NFL’s best running back?
