Bucky Brooks and Steve Wyche bring you the Cover Two Podcast.

NFL.com senior writer Steve Wyche and NFL.com analyst Bucky Brooks kept it hot in the second edition of the “Cover Two Podcast” this week.

First on the guest list was linebacker James Laurinaitis, who checked in to talk all things Rams, including how the team is handling the locked-out offseason and the outlook for Sam Bradford under new OC Josh McDaniels.

The Vikings were also a topic of conversation, as Star Tribune beat man Judd Zulgad joined the podcast to discuss the void in his life without a Favre Watch, plus the latest surrounding the team’s unsettled quarterback situation and why he’s convinced the team will add a short-term, veteran quarterback like Marc Bulger or Matt Hasselbeck.

The podcast wraps up with Steve and Bucky bringing back the debate over which playoff team from last season will miss the postseason in 2011, plus a look at which of the younger, free-agent quarterbacks will compete for starting jobs next season.
