Brooks: North Carolina DE Quinn’s stock will rise

North Carolina DE Robert Quinn is a dark horse, of sorts, among NFL Draft prospects after missing all of last season due to an NCAA suspension. NFL.com analyst Bucky Brooks says Quinn will ultimately be a top-10 pick.

“This is a guy who was on the rise in 2009,” said Brooks. “He’s going to be a guy who can climb. When [scouts] see him work out, I can guarantee you he’s a guy who can rise into the top 10 because he has rare pass rushing ability.”

Quinn has other supporters, as well. In his first mock draft, NFL Network’s Charles Davis pegged Quinn going to the Bills with the third overall pick.
