Why is Jake Locker’s stock slipping?

NFL Network analysts Charles Davis and Adam Archuleta discuss the draft prospects of University of Washington QB Jake Locker, who was a possible No. 1 pick before returning to the Huskies for his senior season.

“I like the overall makeup of Jake Locker,” Davis said on “NFL Total Access.” “I want to love Jake Locker. I’ve got to figure out why he doesn’t complete more passes. That has to be examined. But, overall, you watch him throw it and work out, you’re going to like him otherwise.”
