And now, our first video footage of football players for Super Bowl week. The Steelers arrived on Monday, and first off the team plane was team president Art Rooney II, followed by coach Mike Tomlin, QB Ben Roethlisberger and the bearded one, Brett Keisel, who looks ready for a role in The Blues Brothers.
You’re going to notice a number of players sporting Michigan State No. 76 jerseys. It’s a tribute by the offensive linemen to RT Flozell Adams, who after 13 seasons (12 in Dallas) is making his first Super Bowl trip.
And then there was this get-up by Hines Ward, clearly feeling the whole Texas thing. He told the team’s official site he’s keeping things loose.
“We have been here before with all of the hype,” Ward said. “You have to be loose, have fun and be ready to play on Sunday.”
