Saints’ Thomas, Colston, Shockey out vs. Bucs

Saints RB Pierre Thomas, WR Marques Colston and TE Jeremy Shockey have been ruled out of Sunday’s regular-season finale against the Buccaneers.

Thomas tweaked his left ankle at practice earlier this week and was listed as questionable on the team’s final injury report. He missed nine games earlier this season because of an injury to the same ankle.

Colston has been nursing a knee injury and didn’t participate in practice all week. He was listed as questionable on the injury report.

Shockey was questionable with a groin injury.

For Tampa Bay, WR Sammie Stroughter (hamstring) is inactive. He fully practiced Friday and was listed as questionable.
