Saints’ Jenkins leaves game

UPDATE II: Another injury update to pass along from the Superdome. Along with Graham (ankle) and Jenkins (knee), RB Chris Ivory is also listed as questionable to return with a foot injury.
UPDATE: The Saints announced during the second quarter Jenkins is doubtful to return. Tight end Jimmy Graham has also left the game with a right ankle injury and is questionable to return. Graham has a noticeable limp as he walks on the sideline.
The Saints still have something to play for in Week 17, so losing any starter to a serious injury represents a tough break for the present, as well as the playoffs.
Saints FS Malcolm Jenkins left the field during the opening drive of the game with what appears to be a right knee issue. He was brought immediately to the trainers table, where the knee was being examined.
Jenkins was injured while bringing down Bucs RB LaGarrette Blount on the sideline at the end of a 16-yard run. He immediately grabbed his knee after the play, which is never a good sign. Darren Sharper replaced Jenkins.
We’ll have the latest when we get official word from the press box.
