Ryan, White among starters pulled by Falcons

With the outcome of Sunday’s game against the Panthers no longer in question, the Falcons started pulling their regulars early during the fourth quarter.

Chris Redman replaced Matt Ryan at quarterback to start the fourth quarter, and others got the hook soon after. Roddy White, Michael Jenkins and Harvey Dahl were among those to get replaced on the next few plays. Michael Turner is also out of the game.

The Falcons are on their way to officially clinching the NFC’s No. 1 seed and home-field advantage throughout the NFC payoffs.
