Tom Brady did get Terrell Suggs’ vote

This one is a leftover from Wednesday’s blog bin, but still deserves some attention: In the end, it turns out Terrell Suggs gave his Pro Bowl vote to Tom Brady after all.
And we can all sleep easier now.
Suggs has been mildly entertaining while slighting Brady through the media, and he said last week he would leave Tom Terrific off his Pro Bowl ballot in favor of Philip Rivers, Peyton Manning and Ryan Fitzpatrick. But Suggs admitted to reporters the Ravens linebackers reach a consensus vote as a group, and they voted for Brady.
“Let’s go ahead and let the cat out of the bag: We did vote for him,” Suggs told The Baltimore Sun. “We’ve got quarrels and our beefs but you got to respect play. It was kind of decided as a unit who we vote for. We did vote for him.”
Suggs still had a parting shot for Brady, though.
“One of us is not going to get to play in the game,” Suggs said. “I hope he has a good time in the Pro Bowl, and hopefully everything goes according to plan, I’ll be watching him from Dallas.”
