Playbook picks: Forecasting NFC playoff teams

Sterling Sharpe is boldly going where no analyst has gone before. Well, not exactly, but he is going out on a limb and making quite the prediction for Week 17.
Unlike his fellow “Playbook” analysts, Joe Theismann and Brian Baldinger, Sharpe thinks the Giants and Packers will both lose, opening the door for the Buccaneers to upset the Saints and grab the NFC’s final wild-card spot.
Theismann and Baldinger both expect the Packers to take care of business against Chicago and wrap up the NFC’s No. 6 seed.
All three are in agreement, however, that the Rams will go into Seattle and emerge with the NFC West title.
